We manage your seller accounts, which remain in your name. We do not sell your products in your place and we do not compete with you.
Fees: proposed commission of around 5% of the net revenue excl. VAT of your seller accounts, contractual rate to be confirmed in the quote. Marketplace fees and logistics are billed on top.
A consignment formula may be considered case by case, under a separate contract. It is not offered as standard and carries no price or volume guarantee.
We undertake not to use your commercial information to compete with your sales.
Our clients' information is kept apart from any own-account sales. Precise terms are set out in the contract.
