Data collected

The price and quote request forms store your request in a secure database hosted for this website: company, business email, monthly parcel volume, date of the request and, if you provide them, name, phone number, services required, stock volume and message. A non-reversible technical fingerprint of your IP address is kept to limit abusive submissions. Only authorised UNICHAF staff can view these requests; they are not publicly accessible.

Purpose and legal basis

Answering your request and preparing a quote (pre-contractual measures at your request and consent given in the form).

Recipients

UNICHAF's sales teams and the website's technical host, acting as a processor. No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for as long as necessary to process the request and at most three years after the last contact.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Write to contact@unichaf.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
